Location Information. The Software may enable you to collect location-based data from one or more client devices which may allow you to track the actual location of those client devices. Zebra specifically disclaims any liability for your use or misuse of the location-based data. You agree to pay all reasonable costs and expenses of Zebra arising from or related to third party claims resulting from your use or misuse of the location-based data.
Location Information. When you use a location-enabled Mobile Banking service, we may collect and process information about your actual location, like GPS signals sent by a mobile device. We may use location information we collect in order to protect against actual or potential fraud.

We require information about your signup and current location, which we get from signals such as your IP address or device settings, to securely and reliably set up and maintain your account and to provide our services to you. Subject to your settings, we may collect, use, and store additional information about your location - such as your current precise position or places where you’ve previously used Twitter - to operate or personalize our services including with more relevant content like local trends, stories, ads, and suggestions for people to follow. Libre may share Your GPS tracking information and Your background information with law enforcement or government personnel if (i) such disclosure is in response to a subpoena, search warrant, court order or other state or federal law or regulation; (ii) Libre reasonably believes that sharing such information is necessary to prevent serious injury or death to any third parties; (iii) Libre reasonably believes that sharing such information is necessary to protect Your health or safety.

Location Information. We may receive information about your location. For example, you may choose to publish your location in your Tweets and in your Twitter profile. You may also tell us your location when you set your trend location on Xxxxxxx.xxx. We may also determine location by using other data from your device, such as precise location information from GPS, information about wireless networks or cell towers near your mobile device, or your IP address. We may use and store information about your location to provide features of our Services, such as allowing you to Tweet with your location, and to improve and customize the Services, for example, with more relevant content like local trends, stories, ads, and suggestions for people to follow. Location Information. You acknowledge that Location Information is sensitive End User personal information. You may not collect, use or disclose Location Information in connection with Your Location Based Service other than as specifically provided in this Agreement and only in accordance with the required disclosures below. You may not use AT&T Location Information for any purpose other than delivering Your Location Based Service. Without limiting the generality of the immediately preceding sentence, you may not anonomyze, aggregate and re-use or distribute any AT&T Location Information. Your obligations under this Section 5.2 with respect to AT&T Location Information will survive termination or expiration of this Agreement. Before you may use or collect Location Information, You must disclose to the End User, at a minimum (a) what Location Information is collected and how it will be used by You, (b) the identity of the party collecting the Location Information, (c) whether Location Information is shared with third parties, (d) how long Location Information will be retained, and (e) what security measures are in place to protect the Location Information. Your Location Based Service may not access Location Information directly or through your API’s unless Your Location Based Service is first initiated by an End User. Your Application may not unilaterally initiate a Location Based Service. You agree not to store Location Information any longer than necessary to provide the Location Based Service. You further agree that AT&T is the preferred provider of Location Information derived from the AT&T network (e.g., cell site location). You agree that Your Location Based Service will not use Location Information derived from the AT&T network obtained from a third-party source (e.g., an aggregator of location information) without AT&T’s prior written approval.

SMS Mobile Banking Service Your use of SMS Mobile Banking (“SMS”) constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree that we may send you text messages through your wireless provider. We do not currently charge for SMS. You understand that balances provided may not include recent or pending transactions that have not yet posted to your account and that other restrictions may apply. See your account agreement for more information. Notify us immediately if you lose, cancel, or make any changes to your registered device. In case of unauthorized access to your device or SMS, you agree to cancel enrollment associated with the device immediately. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of SMS or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own. You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of, an information sent through SMS; any errors in such information; any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or SMS; or any disclosure of account information to third parties resulting from your use of SMS. You have the right to withdraw this consent and cancel SMS at any time by texting the word “STOP” from your registered mobile device.
Location Information. When you use our Services, we may collect and store information about your location by converting your IP address into a rough geo-location or by accessing your mobile device’s location services (including GPS coordinates or coarse location) if you enable location services on your device. We may use location information to improve and personalize our Services for you. If you do not want us to collect location information, you may disable that feature on your mobile device.
Location Information. We may also collect information about your location, such as the IP Address of the device you access the Site or the App from.
