Location and Access. The School shall maintain, or cause to be maintained, books, records, documents, and other evidence of accounting procedures and practices which sufficiently and properly reflect all direct and indirect costs of any nature expended in the performance of this Contract. These records shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection, review, or audit by personnel duly authorized by the Commission, the Office of the State Auditor, and federal officials so authorized by law, rule, regulation, or contract. The financial records must be maintained at the School CEO’s administrative office and be open for public inspection during business hours.

Location and Access. QESP represents and warrants that there exists sufficient space on the Project Site(s) for the installation and operation of the Equipment for the entire useful life of the Equipment. Department shall take reasonable steps to protect such Equipment from harm, theft and misuse during the term of this SOW. Department shall provide access to the Project Site(s) for QESP to perform any function related to this SOW during regular business hours, or such other reasonable hours as may be requested by QESP and acceptable to the Department. QESP shall be granted access to make emergency repairs or corrections as it may, in its discretion, determine are needed. The QESP's access to Project Site(s) to make emergency repairs or corrections as it may determine are needed shall not be unreasonably restricted by the Department. QESP shall immediately notify the Department when emergency action is taken and follow up with written notice within three (3) business days specifying the action taken, the reasons for the action, and the impact upon the Project Site(s), if any.
Location and Access. If agreed to in an executed Task Order, University grants Company permission to use University’s Agricultural Center Facilities. As applicable, Company and/or Company’s subcontractor shall have reasonable access to the facility during normal business hours for the term of the Project as well as permission for ingress/egress to the Site as depicted on Attachment 2 to each Task Order. If any Company equipment, structures, fixtures or personal property (“Company Property”) is used for the Project on the Site, Company and/or Company’s subcontractor will remove all Company Property from the Site as well as from any real property owned by the University on or before sixty (60) days after Project terminates or expires. If the Company Property is not timely removed, the Company Property is deemed abandoned, the University has the right to remove, use, sell or dispose of the Company Property and the Company will reimburse the University for all related costs of such removal.

Location and Access. The University may provide sufficient space, if available, free of charge at the Facility for the installation and operation of the ECMs for the term of this Agreement, including access to office space with a telephone line, if necessary to allow the ESCO to perform required maintenance, monitoring and training services. The University shall provide access to the Facility for the ESCO and its employees or subcontractors to install, adjust, inspect, maintain and repair the ECMs in accordance with the terms of this Agreement during regular business hours, or such other reasonable hours as may be requested by the ESCO and acceptable to the University. The ESCO’s access to correct any emergency condition shall be subject to the provisions of the working conditions detailed in Schedule P, and shall not be unreasonably restricted by the University.
