Shift work shall not be less than five (5) consecutive working days duration, however, once a shift has been established any continuous part of a regular work week will still be considered shift work. When shift work is to be scheduled, the Em- ployer shall give days prior notice to the Un- ion that shift work will be worked. No Employee shall be permitted to work on more than one (1) shift in (24) hours from a.m. to a.m. unless over- time is paid. Employees who are required to work beyond their regular shift hours will be paid double (2 times) time continuously until job completion.
