Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic. 4.1.1 The Parties shall reciprocally terminate Local Traffic and IntraLATA toll calls originating on each other's networks as follows:

Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic. Originating on AT&T, Terminating on GTE. AT&T may build trunk groups to GTE using the following representative, but not exclusive, options: (i) from AT&T collocated equipment in a Wire Center to the GTE Tandem; (ii) from AT&T collocated equipment in a GTE Wire Center to the GTE End Office Switch; or (iii) from AT&T 4ESS Switches located at AT&T POPs to the nearest GTE Tandem. Interfaces for these interconnections may be based upon, but not limited to, the following: (i) DS1: from an AT&T-collocated DDM- 2000 to a GTE Central Office Switch; (ii) SONET STS1: from an AT&T-collocated DDM-2000 to an GTE 5ESS®-2000 Central Office Switch and (iii) DS1/DS3: from an AT&T 4ESS Switch at an AT&T POP to a GTE Tandem using new trunk groups on existing facilities.
Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic. (a) The LSP Originating (The LSP to SWBT) When SWBT has a combined local and access tandem in an exchange, IntraLATA Toll Traffic may be combined with the Local Traffic on the same trunk group. When SWBT has more than one combined local and access tandem in an exchange, the LSP shall provide a separate trunk group to each SWBT tandem. When there are separate SWBT access and local tandems in an exchange, a separate local trunk group shall be provided to the local tandem and a separate IntraLATA toll trunk group shall be provided to the access tandem. This trunk group(s) shall be one-way or two-way directionalized outgoing only and will utilize Signaling System 7 (SS7) or multifrequency (MF) protocol signaling.

  • Export Control This Agreement is made subject to any restrictions concerning the export of products or technical information from the United States or other countries that may be imposed on the Parties from time to time. Each Party agrees that it will not export, directly or indirectly, any technical information acquired from the other Party under this Agreement or any products using such technical information to a location or in a manner that at the time of export requires an export license or other governmental approval, without first obtaining the written consent to do so from the appropriate agency or other governmental entity in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Exports The Parties acknowledge that the export of technical data, materials or products is subject to the exporting Party receiving any necessary export licenses and that the Parties cannot be responsible for any delays attributable to export controls which are beyond the reasonable control of either Party. Metasyn and MKG agree not to export or reexport, directly or indirectly, any information, technical data, the direct product of such data, samples or equipment received or generated under this Agreement in violation of any applicable export control laws or governmental regulations. Metasyn and MKG agree to obtain similar covenants from their licensees, sublicensees and contractors with respect to the subject matter of this Section 14.11.

  • Export 12.1 Export laws and regulations of the United States and any other relevant local export laws and regulations apply to the Services. Such export laws govern use of the Services (including technical data) and any Services deliverables provided under this Agreement, and You and we each agree to comply with all such export laws and regulations (including “deemed export” and “deemed re-export” regulations). You agree that no data, information, software programs and/or materials resulting from the Services (or direct product thereof) will be exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of these laws, or will be used for any purpose prohibited by these laws including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation, or development of missile technology.

  • Export Control Laws The Company has conducted its export transactions in accordance in all material respects with applicable provisions of United States export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Act and implementing Export Administration Regulations.

  • Anti-Money Laundering and Red Flag Identity Theft Prevention Programs The Trust acknowledges that it has had an opportunity to review, consider and comment upon the written procedures provided by USBFS describing various tools used by USBFS which are designed to promote the detection and reporting of potential money laundering activity by monitoring certain aspects of shareholder activity as well as written procedures for verifying a customer’s identity (collectively, the “Procedures”). Further, the Trust has determined that the Procedures, as part of the Trust’s overall anti-money laundering program and the Red Flag Identity Theft Prevention program, are reasonably designed to prevent the Fund from being used for money laundering or the financing of terrorist activities and to achieve compliance with the applicable provisions of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 and the USA Patriot Act of 2001 and the implementing regulations thereunder. Based on this determination, the Trust hereby instructs and directs USBFS to implement the Procedures on the Trust’s behalf, as such may be amended or revised from time to time. It is contemplated that these Procedures will be amended from time to time by the parties as additional regulations are adopted and/or regulatory guidance is provided relating to the Trust’s anti-money laundering and identity theft responsibilities.
