Local Share a. Amount of the Local Share. Local share requirements established by 49 U.S.C. chapter 53 vary depending on the following provisions accompanying the source of funding:
Local Share. A Recipient that is required to provide a local share for the Project agrees to provide sufficient funds or approved in-kind resources, together with the Federal funds awarded, that will assure payment of the actual cost of each Project activity covered by the underlying Agreement. The Recipient also agrees that:
Local Share. The Local Share shall be an amount equal to the total costs of the Project Budget less the Grant Amount.
Local Share. The cities of Champaign and Urbana and the University agree to individually pay CCRPC their local share for an amount not to exceed the amount specified in the following schedule: Champaign (11 intersections) $2,200 Urbana (9 intersections) $1,800 University (5 intersections) $1000 Such payments shall be made within thirty (30) days of a written request by the CCRPC. The CCRPC shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any and all terms and conditions of Federal or State grants issued to the CCRPC for work to be performed under this agreement.
