Local Service Resale. 35.3.1. The rates that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Local Resale are as set forth in Table One of this Agreement and shall be applied consistent with the provisions of Part D of this Agreement.
Local Service Resale. The rates that CLEC shall pay to Embarq for Local Resale are as set forth in Table One of this Agreement and shall be applied consistent with the provisions of Part D of this Agreement.
Local Service Resale. The rates that CLEC shall pay to CenturyLink for Local Resale are as set forth in Table One of this Agreement and shall be applied consistent with the provisions of Part D of this Agreement.
Local Service Resale. The prices to be charged to AT&T for Local Services shall be as specified in Attachment 14.
Local Service Resale. 3.1. The recurring and nonrecurring rates pursuant to which KMC is to purchase Telecommunications Services from Sprint for resale shall be at a discount rate (i.e. Base Line Resale Discount) off of the retail rate for the Telecommunications Service. The discount rates that KMC shall pay are as set forth in Table One of this Part and shall be applied consistent with the provisions of Part D of this Agreement. Such discount shall reflect the costs avoided by Sprint, using the avoided cost methodology set forth by the FCC, when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
Local Service Resale. 3.1 The rates that MCIm shall pay to Xxxx Atlantic for Local Resale shall be an amount equal to Tariff rates for each retail Telecommunications Service subject to wholesale pricing, as reduced by the applicable percentage discount set forth in Table 1, if such services are tariffed by Xxxx Atlantic for sale to subscribers who are not “Telecommunications Carriers” under the Act. If Xxxx Atlantic revises such tariffed rates during the term of this Agreement, the applicable percentage discount shall be applied to the revised tariffed rates. Unless otherwise specifically agreed between the Parties, no discount shall apply to Xxxx Atlantic Telecommunications Services that are tariffed by Xxxx Atlantic for sale to subscribers who are “Telecommunications Carriers” under the Act, which shall be available for resale, or to any Xxxx Atlantic services other than Telecommunications Services that it may, in its sole discretion, choose to offer for resale.
Local Service Resale. CLEC acknowledges that this Agreement (at CLEC’s request) does not provide any provisions for the Resale of CenturyLink’s Local Service, and CLEC will not order any Resale service unless and until the Parties have executed a written amendment to this Agreement setting forth terms and conditions governing such Resale service.
Local Service Resale. The rates that MCIm shall pay to BellSouth for Resale shall be an amount equal to BellSouth’s tariffed rates for each resold service as reduced by a percentage amount equal to the wholesale discount (set forth below in section 2.1). If BellSouth reduces such tariffed rates during the term of this Agreement, the wholesale discount shall be applied to the reduced tariffed rates.
Local Service Resale. The rates that AT&T shall pay to BA for Resale Services shall be an amount equal to tariffed rates for each retail Telecommunications Service subject to wholesale pricing, or, if such retail Telecommunications Service is not tariffed, the retail rates for such Telecommunications Service as set forth in contracts, customer-specific offerings, price lists, price schedules or other agreements or documents, as reduced by the applicable percentage amount set forth in Table 1. If BA revises such tariffed or non-tariffed retail rates during the term of this Agreement, the applicable percentage amount shall be applied to the revised tariffed or non-tariffed retail rates. Unless otherwise specifically agreed between the Parties, the discount shall apply to those BA Telecommunications Services required to be offered at a wholesale rate in accordance with Applicable Law and shall not apply to any non-Telecommunications Services that BA may, in its sole discretion, choose to offer for resale.
Local Service Resale. 1.1 Within ninety (90) days after a request by AT&T, U S WEST shall provide for resale all services designated in this Agreement. Once service is initiated in an area, the ordering and provisioning intervals will be as specified in this Agreement and/or adopted by the Commission.
