Local Provisions. 7. Teachers-teaching-on-call requested to teach for a full day shall be paid a full day's salary. An assignment shall be for not less than one half of a day.

In the event of the death of any relative not mentioned in Article G.4.1 or a friend of a teacher, the teacher shall be entitled to leave for up to one (1) day with pay, for the purpose of attending the funeral.
