Common use of Local Negotiating Committee Clause in Contracts

Local Negotiating Committee. The Union shall be represented by the Unit Chairperson and two (2) additional Union representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the bargaining unit who have completed their probationary period. A representative from the CAW may also be present to assist if required.
