Local Negotiating Committee. (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize (as defined in the local provisions under L9) number of Negotiating Committee members as outlined in the local appendix to represent their respective bargaining units. This committee shall be comprised of the unit chairperson in addition to (as defined in the local provisions under L9) number of committee members to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the Bargaining Unit who have completed their probationary period.
Local Negotiating Committee. The Hospital agrees to recognize a Local Negotiating Committee which shall have two (2) members. The Union has the right to elect or otherwise select a Negotiating Committee consisting of four representatives: one to represent Nursing one to represent Dietary one to represent Housekeeping, Maintenance and Stores one to represent Ambulance Attendants. A general representative of Local may attend negotiating meetings. Labour-Management Committee Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall An equal number of representatives of each party, not exceeding 4 members from the combined full-time and par-t-time units and 4 members from the Hospital, shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. It is agreed that not more than 1 employee per department will be allowed to attend. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance.
