Maintain a waiting list for applicants eligible to reside in the permanent supportive housing units so that applicants can be referred according to agreed upon time frames to Owner or Owner designated Property Manager for vacant permanent supportive housing units, based upon the number of units specified in the application to LHFA. Assist the referred applicants in the application process, including requesting and negotiating Reasonable Accommodations and Modifications as described in the FHA, the Rehab Act, and the ADA. Make supportive services offered by the Local Lead Agency and other collaborating and/or contracted service provider agencies available to tenants of the permanent supportive housing units. It is understood and agreed that these supportive services are not the responsibility of the Owner and will be available to PSH households on an as-needed basis, and that receipt of these or any other services shall not be a condition to tenancy. Facilitate communication with the Owner or Owner designated Property Manager by designating and maintaining in the event of staff turnover a named individual as the tenant services liaison on matters related to permanent supportive housing units. Local Lead Agency. The County is the approved Local Lead Agency for the Washington Early Support for Infants and Toddlers Program (ESIT). If at any titfe during the term of this Agreement, the County loses or relinquishes Local Lead Agency status, this Agreement shall tertfinate itfmediately.
