Local Interconnection Trunks. 3.4.2.1.1 The Parties will establish a local trunk group for the exchange of Local/EAS Traffic (“Local Interconnection Trunks”) on the Direct Interconnection Facility. The Parties agree that all Local/EAS Traffic exchanged between them will be on trunks exclusively dedicated to such traffic. Neither Party will terminate InterLATA toll traffic or originate untranslated traffic to service codes (e.g., 800, 888) over Local Interconnection Trunks.

Local Interconnection Trunks. 2.5.1.1 The Parties will establish a separate mink group for the exchange of Local/EAS Traffic and ISP-Bound Traffic ("Local Interconnection Trunks") on the Direct Interconnection Facility. The Parties agree that all Local/EAS and ISP-Bound Traffic exchanged between them will be on trunks exclusively dedicated to such Traffic. Neither Party will terminate IntraLATA or InterLATA toll traffic or originate untranslated traffic to service codes (e.g., 800, 888) over Local Interconnection Trtmks. Traffic destined to RHTC End User Customers shall not be routed over the Local Interconnection Trunks.
Local Interconnection Trunks. Interconnection for Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic shall be provided via one-way trunks, or by written notice (in the form of an ASR, as defined in Section 23.1) to Ameritech from TWC, two-way trunks. Once two-way trunks are employed, TWC shall provide to Ameritech a PLU or actual minutes of use. No Party shall construct facilities which require another Party to build unnecessary facilities.
Local Interconnection Trunks. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g., in the case of 911 trunks) the Parties shall configure two-way trunk groups as a direct transmission path through the Interconnection Point(s) specified in Schedule 3.0. TWTC shall specify the Digital Signal Level of the trunk facilities (e.g., DS0, DS1 or higher, where available) consistent with the forecasting requirements in Section 19.3. No Party shall terminate Exchange Access traffic or originate untranslated 800/888 traffic over Local Interconnection Trunks.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from PCS to Verizon, PCS, at PCS’s own expense, shall:

  • Network Interconnection 26.1 Interconnection between the networks of different SERVICE PROVIDERs shall be as per National Standards of CCS No.7 issued from time to time by Telecom Engineering Centre (TEC) and also subject to technical feasibility and technical integrity of the Networks and shall be within the overall framework of interconnection regulations issued by the TRAI from time to time. However, if situation so arises, INTERCONNECTION with R2MF signaling may be permitted by LICENSOR.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service Upon the request of Interconnection Customer, and prior to completion of requisite Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities Interconnection Customer may request limited Interconnection Service at the discretion of Transmission Provider based upon an evaluation that will consider the results of available studies, which terms shall be memorialized in the Interconnection Service Agreement. Consistent with Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B, section 212.4, Interconnection Customer may execute the Interconnection Service Agreement, request dispute resolution or request that the Interconnection Service Agreement be filed unexecuted with the Commission. Transmission Provider shall determine, through available studies or additional studies as necessary, whether stability, short circuit, thermal, and/or voltage issues would arise if Interconnection Customer interconnects without modifications to the Generating Facility or the Transmission System. Transmission Provider shall determine whether any Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities that are necessary to meet the requirements of NERC, or any applicable Regional Entity for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are in place prior to the commencement of Interconnection Service from the Generating Facility. Where available studies indicate that such Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities that are required for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are not currently in place, Transmission Provider will perform a study, at the Interconnection Customer’s expense, to confirm the facilities that are required for Provisional Interconnection Service. The maximum permissible output of the Generating Facility shall be studied and updated annually and at the Interconnection Customer’s expense. The results will be communicated to the Interconnection Customer in writing upon completion of the study. Interconnection Customer assumes all risk and liabilities with respect to the Provisional Interconnection Service, including changes in output limits and Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities cost responsibilities.

  • Interconnection 2.1.10 Startup Testing and Commissioning

  • Local Interconnection Data Exchange for Billing 7.7.1 There are certain types of calls or types of Interconnection that require exchange of Billing records between the Parties, including, for example, alternate billed and Toll Free Service calls. The Parties agree that all call types must be routed between the networks, accounted for, and settled among the Parties. Certain calls will be handled via the Parties' respective operator service platforms. The Parties agree to utilize, where possible and appropriate, existing accounting and settlement systems to xxxx, exchange records and settle revenue.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service (check if selected)

  • Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A, Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades, at its sole expense.
