Local Coordinator. An employee elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator, will be granted leave of absence to attend to Union business in accordance with Article 11.02. The first forty (40) days per year of leave will be provided over and above the bargaining unit leave days specified in E-1 (ii) above.

Local Coordinator. The Employer agrees to grant leaves of absence, with pay, to one (1) nurse elected to the position of Local Coordinator, subject to seven (7) weeks of advance written notice and operational requirements. It is understood and agreed that a Local Coordinator shall be granted such leave(s) for up to thirty-five (35) days per fiscal year, as she or he may require fulfilling the duties of the position. Request for additional leave will be given consideration upon written request should the need arise. During such leaves of absence the nurse’s salary and applicable insured benefits or percentage in lieu for a part-time nurse shall be maintained by the Employer and the Association agrees to reimburse the Employer based on the nurse’s daily rate of pay and applicable percentage in lieu for a part- time nurse for each day of absence or portion thereof.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Security Coordinator Provider shall provide the name and contact information of Provider’s Security Coordinator for the Student Data received pursuant to the DPA.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.

  • Care Coordination The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the Enrollee’s CP Care Coordinator provide ongoing care coordination support to the Enrollee in coordination with the Enrollee’s PCP and other providers as set forth in Section 2.6.
