Local Bargaining Committee. The Health Centre acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a negotiating committee of not more than six (6) employees in connection with the negotiations of amendments or renewal of this Collective Agreement and such related matters which properly arise from time to time. However, if the parties agree to one negotiating committee for full-time service, part- time service, full-time clerical and part-time clerical units, the committee may consist of not more than eight (8) employees.
