Local Association. (a) Upon ten (10) days notice in writing a leave of absence for local Association business shall be given without pay up to a total of twenty (20) days during each calendar year for each Bargaining Unit. It is agreed that not more than one (1) nurse shall be absent on such leave at the same time for each Bargaining Unit.

Local Association. ‌ In this agreement, local association means a salaried employees’ organisation or an Unionen delegate with a mandate to negotiate. If there is no such representation in the workplace, Unionen’s region is deemed to be the local xxxxxxxxxxx.Xx employers where this agreement applies to the professional associations (Akademiker- förbunden), one or more associations may jointly form an association for graduate professionals in the workplace. Keeping of minutes The PTK unions have agreed that salaried employee organisations and representatives who are appointed by salaried employees within The PTK area may be represented by a joint body, PTK-L, in respect of the transition agreement and issues relating to reductions in personnel in accordance with the Agreement on General Terms. This body is deemed to be the local salaried employee organisation in accordance with the Swedish Employment Protection Act. If the salaried employee party cannot act through PTK-L, the employer shall be able to make an agreement with each individual salaried employee organisation. Remarks The professional associations (Akademikerförbunden) covered by this agreement are the Union for Professionals, Akavia, the DIK Association, the Swedish Association of Physiotherapists, the Swedish Association of Professional Scientists, SRAT, the Swedish Association of Occupational Therapists, the Swedish Pharmacists Association, the Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers, the Swedish Psychological Association, the Swedish Association of School Leaders, the Swedish Association for University Teachers and Researchers and the Swedish Veterinary Association.

  • Association President The President of the Association has the right to visit schools. The President will coordinate the visits with the offices of the principals in order to facilitate the purpose of this visit. Visits that are made to solve special problems of teachers will be arranged in advance by notifying the office of the principal.

  • Association Notification Copies of all sabbatical applications, returning placement agreements and extension requests, as well as their disposition, shall be provided to the Association by the District upon request.

All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • Association Representative 5.3.1.1 Management recognizes that one of the prime functions of the Council is to represent bargaining unit members and investigate complaints of members of the bargaining unit.

  • Association Leaves 1. The Board will provide the Association President or their designee with forty (40) days of paid release time during the course of the school year in order to conduct Association Business. The Association shall reimburse the Board for the cost of any substitute required as the result of any such released time which exceeds forty (40) days during the course of the school year.
