Loan of Equipment. HP hereby loans to Recipient, for the applicable Term defined below, the HP-owned equipment (collectively, "HP Equipment"), which may consist of hardware, software and documentation described in the HP Equipment Schedule attached as APPENDIX I TO THIS EXHIBIT E. HP may, from time to time, add, upgrade, or remove HP Equipment from Recipient's site during the Term. All HP Equipment received by Recipient during the Term will be described in an amended HP Equipment Schedule signed by Recipient and appended to this Equipment Loan Agreement. Recipient agrees, by its receipt of HP Equipment, that all HP Equipment is subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
Loan of Equipment. The Hirer may not loan the equipment to third parties without USASA’s permission.
Loan of Equipment. 2.1 Dalhousie agrees to loan the Borrower the Equipment identified below on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

Loan of Equipment. Subject to mutual agreement, the City or Board may loan each other the use of equipment or vehicles from time to time to promote efficiency and save costs. The party loaning the equipment or vehicle may xxxx the other party to reimburse the cost of use, not to exceed the fair rental value of the loaned equipment or vehicle. The party using the loaned equipment or vehicle will defend and indemnify, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the party loaning the equipment or vehicle from any liability arising from the use, and will repair any damage resulting from the operations of the party using the vehicle. To the extent the party using loaned equipment or vehicles is not self-insured for liability and/or damage, it agrees to secure additional-insured status for the party loaning the vehicle or equipment. In the event an insurance claim is made in connection with the use of loaned equipment or vehicles, the party using the loaned equipment or vehicle agrees to pay any applicable deductible.
Loan of Equipment. For and in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, to be kept and performed by Borrower, H-GAC has loaned and does hereby loan to borrower the personal property known and described as follows: (EQUIPMENT LIST) hereinafter designated as “equipment”, to have and to hold the same unto Borrower for the period of (# of WEEKS) weeks commencing from (DATE).
Loan of Equipment. The Equipment is being made available to the Borrower on a no charge basis on the condition that it shall be returned at the end of each academic year (unless the Equipment Loan Agreement is renewed) complete and in good condition. The Borrower shall ensure that damage to and/or loss of the Equipment due to actions and/or omissions of the Borrower are covered by its liability insurance policy. The Borrower shall furthermore insure the Equipment for the full new replacement value against fire, burglary, water damage and, where appropriate, machine breakdown. The Client agrees to provide evidence of its existing insurance coverage upon the request of Alberta Education by presenting a confirmation from the insurance company or the insurance policy. Upon receipt of the Equipment, the Borrower shall inspect the Equipment for integrity and shall notify Alberta Education immediately in case a defect is detected.
