Common use of Loan Notice Clause in Contracts

Loan Notice. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of a Notice of Borrowing requesting the Borrowing of the 2017 Additional Term Loans on the Amendment Effective Date in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.03 of the Amended Credit Agreement.

Loan Notice. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of a Notice of Borrowing requesting the Borrowing of the 2017 2024 Additional Term Loans on the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.03 of the Amended Credit Agreement.

Loan Notice. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of a Notice of Borrowing requesting the Borrowing of the 2017 2020 Additional Term Loans on the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.03 of the Amended Credit Agreement.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of a Loan Notice of Borrowing requesting the Borrowing borrowing of the 2017 Additional Term B-2 Loans on the Fifth Amendment Effective Date in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.03 2.02 of the Amended Credit Agreement, as modified by Section 2.01(b) above.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of a Loan Notice of Borrowing requesting the Borrowing borrowing of the 2017 Additional Refinancing Term B Loans on the Second Amendment Effective Date in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.03 2.02 of the Amended Credit Agreement, as modified by Section 2.01(d) above.
