LOAD RESTRICTIONS. The Contractor shall comply with all legal load restrictions in the hauling of materials on public roads beyond the limits of the work. A special permit will not relieve the Contractor of liability for damage which may result from the moving of material or equipment. The operation of equipment of such weight or so loaded as to cause damage to structures or to any other type of construction will not be permitted. Hauling of materials over the base course or surface course under construction shall be limited as directed. No loads will be permitted on a concrete pavement, base, or structure before the expiration of the curing period. The Contractor shall be responsible for all damage done by his/her hauling equipment and shall correct such damage at his/her own expense.

LOAD RESTRICTIONS. Add the following: “Only New York State legal loads are allowed on the Thruway. Special Hauling Permits, required for special or occasional overweight and/or oversize loads exceeding NYS legal limits, are issued at the discretion of the Authority and only under special conditions and for use at designated times and locations. Application should be made to the New York State Thruway Authority Special Hauling Unit, Albany Headquarters, (000) 000-0000 at least 72 hours in advance. The Special Hauling Unit will fax the Contractor a NYS Thruway Special Hauling Permit Application. The Contractor must complete the application and fax it to the Authority’s Special Hauling Unit at (000) 000-0000. The fax should include a cover sheet with the following information:  Contract Number  Award and Completion dates of the Contract  Thruway entry and exit points The Special Hauling Unit will review the information for accuracy. If the application is approved, the special hauling permit will be assigned a number and any applicable restrictions will be noted. The permit will be faxed to the Contractor along with a cover letter addressed to the attention of “Toll Personnel”. The cover letter must accompany the Special Hauling Permit when presented at the tollbooth by the Contractor’s driver. No fee will be charged to the Contractor. Any changes to the permit will require notification and approval of the local Division Traffic Office. This Office may be reached by calling 0-000-000-0000 and asking for the Traffic Duty Officer. This office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Design approval of any shop drawing (e.g. steel erection procedures) does not constitute approval of a Special Hauling Permit. Notice of movement of any permitted oversized and/or overweight vehicle must be given at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled move. Receipt of an Authority issued Special Hauling Permit does not constitute issuance of a permit for highways under NYSDOT or other jurisdictions, and vice versa.” 105-14 DISPUTED WORK AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
LOAD RESTRICTIONS. Customer must not place an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the ChannelAdvisor Platform as determined by ChannelAdvisor in its sole discretion or as referenced on the ChannelAdvisor Knowledge Center (including without limitation the number of keywords and SKUs processed by the ChannelAdvisor Platform), and ChannelAdvisor may limit or restrict Customer’s access if Customer’s activities unreasonably or disproportionately burden any Module. If ChannelAdvisor exercises its rights to limit or restrict Customer’s access under this Section 2, ChannelAdvisor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice and information regarding such action by ChannelAdvisor to Customer as soon as, in ChannelAdvisor’s sole discretion, it is practical to do so. Additional load restrictions or exceptions may be stated in the SOW.

A special permit does not decrease the XXXX Contractor liability for damage. Except for specified equipment, the XXXX Contractor shall obtain CPRA’s Project Manager's written permission to exceed legal load limits within the Project limits. Operating Equipment or hauling loads that may damage structures, roadway, utilities, and or any construction is prohibited unless protective measures are taken by the XXXX Contractor

LOAD RESTRICTIONS. It is hereby agreed between the Department and the Contractor that in the performance of The Work under the Contract, the following load restrictions and stipulations shall be in full force and effect during the life of the Contract:

The Project Manager may approve exceptions, in writing, provided the Contractor has obtained the proper oversize and overweight permits. The Contractor is liable for damage that may result from moving Equipment, even with the issuance of a special permit. The Contractor shall not use Equipment or haul loads that will cause damage to Structures, Roadway, or any other construction, regardless of legal load allowances. If the Project Manager determines that anticipated hauling operations may cause damage to existing Roadways or Structures, the Project Manager will issue a written notice to the Contractor. Within seventy two (72) hours of the notice, the Project Manager will elect one (1) or more of the following solutions:
