Living Conditions. If meals and living accommodations are provided by the Buyer, Seller reserves the right to recall the Seller's personnel if the accommodations and meals are not suitable (as determined by the Seller's management). That said, we urge you to prepare for the occasional heavy winds and rain as well as cold and snow in the winter months when the sea has frozen. Work Plan & Report We expect you to generally follow your stated Work Plan. Please notify and present us with a revised Work Plan if there are major changes. We expect you to write a and write a short report of your work. A single page with accomppanying images (if applicable to your work) will suffice. After your residency period, we would like to receive more promotional images from you representing works made during or inspired by your residency in Örö. We would need a permission to publish these on our website as well as in a printed catalogue. These can be delivered along your report or later, as applicable to your work. All our resident artists will have a possibility (but no obligation) of taking part in summer exhibitions and other exhibition opportunities we might arrange.

Living Conditions. The Contractor shall provide the necessary accommodation and living environment for the personnel employed in the performance of the contract; the Contractor shall take effective measures to prevent infectious diseases, ensure the health of the construction personnel, and regularly carry out the professional inspection and treatment of epidemic prevention and sanitation in the construction site, the construction personnel living base and the project. If the construction sites are far from the town, medical staff and medical facilities necessary for prevention and treatment of injuries and emergency services should also be provided.
