Living Conditions. (1) The Employer shall provide, free of charge, decent accommodation, inclusive of water, electricity, gas, necessary furniture and sanitary amenities as well as sleeping facilities.

If meals and living accommodations are provided by the Buyer, Seller reserves the right to recall the Seller's personnel if the accommodations and meals are not suitable (as determined by the Seller's management). Seller reserves the right to make alternate arrangements if other accommodations are available.

The City will continue to work collaboratively with the Foreign Fire Insurance Board and the Firefighters Association to cover the cost of providing appliances (e.g., stoves, refrigerators, etc.), cooking and eating utensils, furniture (beds, desks, chairs, etc.), and entertainment/training equipment (TV’s, VCR, DVD, etc.) for each fire station.
Living Conditions. 28.1 Fire Department facilities will be subject to inspection in even-numbered years by Health and Safety Inspectors. Wherever possible and practical, items requiring attention will be dealt with in the calendar year of the inspection. Otherwise, such items will be included in the estimates of the following year and given high priority by the Fire Department.

All residents will be provided: on-call housing, 3 new lab coats in the PGY 1 year and 2 replacement lab coats in the PGY 2-7 year as needed and $1,000 per year meal allowance to be paid semi-annually. Personal housing must be obtained and fully paid for by the Resident. Details of any other optional /additional living condition benefits provided by the Hospital are outlined in Exhibit A, attached and incorporated by reference herein.

The EMPLOYER agrees to provide its firefighters at all installation fire stations with suitable living conditions to include: furniture, bedding/mattresses, lockers, kitchen and dining equipment, day-room television with the current level of cable service, and recreational equipment within the limitations imposed by applicable regulations, funding, and available spaces. The EMPLOYER agrees to provide and maintain an effective climate controlled environment within all fire stations.
Living Conditions. We expect you to be aware of the isolated living conditions on the island. Any shopping you do is limited to the ferry connection 1-4 times a week unless you take the expensive taxi boat. Please also be aware that the closest town, Dalsbruk, is a small village with no specialty stores. Though some equipment can be obtained from Kimito center, about 40 kilometers from Kasnäs ferry harbour, the most practical way is to mail order stuff to the ferry. The limited connections to the island also limits the social life. As the amount of tourists during off-season is low, face-to-face contacts might be limited to the other resident artist(s) and the occasional service personnel. However, for contacts and equipment you are free to spend a few days on the mainland. In that case please contact us if you need help arranging accommodation. The weather in the archipelago is by no means extreme and actually the warmest in Finland. That said, we urge you to prepare for the occasional heavy winds and rain as well as cold and snow in the winter months when the sea has frozen. Work Plan & Report We expect you to generally follow your stated Work Plan. Please notify and present us with a revised Work Plan if there are major changes. We expect you to write a and write a short report of your work. A single page with accomppanying images (if applicable to your work) will suffice. Promotional Material & Exhibitions Along with this Agreement we would need the following: - One photo of yourself - One image representing your work - A short Biography and a summary of your Work Plan These will be used on our website - please see xxx.xxxx.xx/xxxxxxxx for examples. After your residency period, we would like to receive more promotional images from you representing works made during or inspired by your residency in Örö. We would need a permission to publish these on our website as well as in a printed catalogue. These can be delivered along your report or later, as applicable to your work. All our resident artists will have a possibility (but no obligation) of taking part in summer exhibitions and other exhibition opportunities we might arrange.
Living Conditions. The Contractor shall provide the necessary accommodation and living environment for the personnel employed in the performance of the contract; the Contractor shall take effective measures to prevent infectious diseases, ensure the health of the construction personnel, and regularly carry out the professional inspection and treatment of epidemic prevention and sanitation in the construction site, the construction personnel living base and the project. If the construction sites are far from the town, medical staff and medical facilities necessary for prevention and treatment of injuries and emergency services should also be provided.
