Live Entertainment. Any live entertainment (DJ, Band, etc.) must be described in writing and first approved in writing by the Association. Use of outdoor loudspeakers, sound systems or similar devices is prohibited and must be used only inside the Clubhouse. Plans to use live entertainment must be submitted to the Social Director at the time of reservation and confirmed no less than seven (7) days before the Reserved Date. Live entertainment service fees are the responsibility of the User and are not included in the Rental Fee or Security Deposit. Failure to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Paragraph shall be deemed a User Default.
