Live Date. After receipt of initially agreed fees and the Hotel Implementation Package, GlobRes will establish a targeted live date for Customer’s Booking Channels. As used in this Agreement, «Live Date» means that a Property is loaded and certified by GlobRes as ready to receive and confirm reservation requests through a Booking Channel.
