Live Aboard. 9.1. No person shall live aboard any Vessel unless a live aboard permission to do so has been granted by the Licensor or the short term exception applies under clause 9.4. Living aboard includes staying over-night even if the Vessel is not a primary place of abode.

Live Aboard. Licensee agrees that no person shall reside on the Vessel at any time without express written permission from City. In the event permission to live aboard is granted, it shall be limited to two persons per Vessel and an additional monthly fee per person shall apply. The term “live aboard” is defined as any vessel that is occupied in excess of three consecutive days (72 hour period). Live Aboard rates are subject to change with thirty (30) days prior written notice in accordance with Section 11 above.

Providing false information with regard to live-aboard status or living aboard without permission may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and all privileges at the Marina.

CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Destination CSU-Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between CCA and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science in Physics (Secondary Education Emphasis). This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.
