Common use of Listings Clause in Contracts

Listings. The Issuer shall from time to time promptly take all action that may be necessary so that any such Securities, immediately upon their issuance upon exercise or exchange of Warrants, will be listed on all the principal securities exchanges, quotation systems and markets within the United States of America, if any on which other Securities of the Issuer of the same class or type are then listed or quoted.
