Listing of Property. 51.3.1 If an employee chooses to participate in the Housing Assistance Plan, by accepting the Purchase Guarantee, the employee will immediately list the property for 90 days on MLS (where such service is available) at a price not exceeding 107% of the guaranteed price.

Listing of Property. If an employee chooses to participate in the Housing Assistance Plan, by accepting the Purchase Guarantee, the employee will immediately list the property for days on (where such service is available) at a price not exceeding of the guaranteed price. The employee will retain the right to sell to a third party until such time as the property is turned over to Xxxxx Power for resale. In order to assist the employee to dispose of the property expeditiously and at a fair market value, the employee should notify the Relocation Manager of all offers to purchase during the listing period. Xxxxx Power may ask the employee to accept an offer which is lower than the Purchase Guarantee, whereupon the employee will be compensated for the difference between Xxxxx Power's Purchase Guarantee and the amount of the offer. The employee's acceptance of any offer less than Xxxxx Power's Purchase Guarantee is not mandatory and the employee will retain control of the sale of the residence throughout the listing period. All offers to purchase will be held in confidence by the Employee Relocation Administrator.
Listing of Property. Owner is not required to use Broker to list the Property for sale if Owner decides to sell the Property either during or after the term of this Agreement.   • Condition of Property Seller or the originator of the Mortgage Loan inspected or caused to be inspected each related Mortgaged Property within six months of origination of the Mortgage Loan and within twelve months of the Cut-off Date. An engineering report or property condition assessment was prepared in connection with the origination of each Mortgage Loan no more than twelve months prior to the Cut-off Date. To Seller’s knowledge, based solely upon due diligence customarily performed in connection with the origination of comparable mortgage loans, as of the Closing Date, each related Mortgaged Property was free and clear of any material damage (other than (i) deferred maintenance for which escrows were established at origination and (ii) any damage fully covered by insurance) that would affect materially and adversely the use or value of such Mortgaged Property as security for the Mortgage Loan.

  • Transfer of Property On the date set forth above, the Grantor transferred to the Trust Estate and assets described in Attachment A which is attached and incorporated into the Trust. The Grantor or someone acting on the Grantor’s behalf may transfer property, during the life of the Grantor or by the Grantor’s Will, to the Trust and list such property on Attachment A. The Grantor, along with any other individual, may transfer property to the ownership of the Trust. All property transferred to the Trust formally or informally, together with the investments and reinvestments, as well as any income earned is sometimes collectively referred to herein as the "Trust Estate". All property transferred to or deposited with the Trustee shall be held by it in trust for the uses and purposes stated herein.
