CONTRACTOR, within fourteen (14) days after execution of the Agreement, shall furnish to OWNER in writing, a list of all subcontractors, sub-subcontractors, materialmen and suppliers known to CONTRACTOR at the time, which will be performing labor or furnishing materials for the Authorized Work. CONTRACTOR shall provide documentation to support the rates CONTRACTOR, subcontractors and sub-subcontractors charge, including, by way of example, but not limited to union contracts and workers compensation rates. OWNER retains the right to adjust excessive charges for labor rates prior to commencement of work.
