List of Purchasers. If reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, a certificate of an Authorized Officer of the Borrower setting forth a list of Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any other Credit Party which collectively account for at least ninety percent (90%) of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons from the Borrower and such other Credit Parties during the most recently ended fiscal year.
List of Purchasers. Exhibit A hereto contains the name of, the address of record, the number of Shares subscribed for by, and the subscription amount to be delivered to the Escrow Agent on behalf of each Purchaser whose funds are being deposited. The Escrow Agent shall notify the Placement Agent and the Company of any discrepancy between the subscription amounts set forth on any list delivered pursuant to this Section 4 and the subscription amounts received by the Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent is authorized to revise such list to reflect the actual subscription amounts received and the release of any subscription amounts pursuant to Section 5.
List of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries.
List of Purchasers. Promptly following any request by the Administrative Agent, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from any Loan Party.
List of Purchasers. At the time of the delivery of the financial statements provided for in Section 9.1(a), a certificate of an Authorized Officer of the Borrower setting forth a list of Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any other Credit Party which collectively account for at least 90% of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons from the Borrower and such other Credit Parties during the fiscal year for which such financial statements relate.
List of Purchasers. Promptly upon request of the Agent from time to time and promptly after an Event of Default, a list of all Persons purchasing hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Subsidiary;
List of Purchasers. Within ten (10) days of the date of execution of this Agreement, Company will provide Master Distributor a list of all purchasers of the Products prior to the date hereof.
List of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries constituting at least 75% of the total revenues from such purchases for the six-month period ending on the date of such Reserve Report (such list to include and specify in descending order the largest purchasers of Hydrocarbons for such period based on the percentage of total revenues that each such purchaser represents); and during the continuance of a Default, promptly upon the request therefor by the Administrative Agent or any Lender, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries for the six-month period ending on the date of such request.”
