Common use of List of Employees Clause in Contracts

List of Employees. a. Only upon request of the Union and no more than four (4) times per calendar year, an updated list including the name, mailing address, job title, department, work location, work, home, and personal cellular telephone numbers, personal email addresses of all employees in AFSCME-represented Units on file with the Agency shall be provided to the Union. The home address of newly hired employees will be provided within 30 days of hire or by the first pay period of the month following hire.
