List of Current Sub-processors. Vendor shall make available to Pantheon the current list of Sub-Processors that will process Personal Data for the Business Purpose in the form attached hereto as Schedule 3. Vendor shall keep this list updated. Pantheon reserves the right to object to any current Sub-Processors, and Vendor shall promptly replace such current Sub-Processors in consultation with Pantheon.
List of Current Sub-processors. Qubole shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors for the Services identified in Schedule 2. Such Sub-processor lists shall include the identities of those Sub-processors, their country of location and the duties of such Sub-processor with respect to Personal Data (“Sub- processor Lists”). CUSTOMER’S EXECUTION OF THIS DPA CONSTITUTES CUSTOMER’S WRITTEN CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION FOR QUBOLE TO ENGAGE THE SUB-PROCESSORS NAMED ON THE SUB-PROCESSOR LIST.
List of Current Sub-processors. Processor shall make available to Controller the current list of Sub-processors for the Services. The Sub-processor list shall include the identities of all Sub-processors and their country of location.

Pursuant to Clause 5(h) of the Standard Contractual Clauses, Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that (a) SFDC’s Affiliates may be retained as Sub- processors; and (b) SFDC and SFDC’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub- processors in connection with the provision of the Covered Services. SFDC shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Section 5.2 of this DPA.

The sub-processors currently engaged by Devolutions to Process Personal Data in the course of the Services are listed in Schedule C attached hereto and on Devolutions’ website at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal (the “Sub-Processor List”). The Sub-Processor List as of the date of publication of this DPA is hereby authorized, and in any event shall be deemed authorized, by Customer unless it provides a written reasonable objection, for reasons relating to the protection of Personal Data. Customer may reasonably object to Devolutions’ use of an existing sub-processor by providing a written objection to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Sub-Processor List will include a mechanism for Customer to subscribe to notifications of any new sub-processors or changes to the Sub-Processors List.
