List of all Subcontractors. City may ask Manager for the most current list of Subcontractors (regardless of tier), along with their DIR registration numbers, utilized in performance of any work under this Agreement at any time during performance of this Agreement, and Manager shall provide the list within ten (10) working days of City’s request. Additionally, Manager shall provide City with a complete list of all Subcontractors utilized in performance of any work under this Agreement (regardless of tier), within ten (10) working days after the completion of the work, along with their DIR registration numbers. City shall withhold any payments to Manager until 30 days after this information is received by City.
