List of all Subcontractors. The Design Professional shall provide a complete list of subcontractors (regardless of tier) utilized on this Agreement, along with their DIR registration numbers, if applicable, prior to any work being performed on this Agreement, and Design Professional shall provide a complete list of subcontractors, regardless of tier, with each invoice. Additionally, Design Professional shall provide the City with a complete list of all subcontractors utilized on this Agreement, regardless of tier, within ten working days of the completion of the Agreement, along with their DIR registration numbers, if applicable. The City shall withhold final payment to Design Professional until at least thirty (30) days after this information is provided to the City.
