Liquidated Damages and Construction Enforcement Regime. (a) Project Co shall comply with Schedule 21 – Liquidated Damages and Construction Enforcement Regime, and shall be liable to Contracting Authority for all liquidated damages and Construction Period Deductions in accordance with the terms of Schedule 21 – Liquidated Damages and Construction Enforcement Regime and this Project Agreement.
