Common use of Lines of Business Clause in Contracts

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business substantially different from the businesses of the type conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement and businesses reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereof.

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business substantially different from the other than businesses of the type conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement hereof and businesses reasonably related, related or incidental or ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofthereto.

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and nor will not it cause or permit any of its Designated Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business substantially different from other than the businesses of the type conducted by the Company and its Designated Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement hereof and business activities reasonably related or incidental thereto (including any new insurance and reinsurance businesses reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofby any Insurance Subsidiary).

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and will not permit any of its the Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business substantially different from the other than businesses of the type conducted by the Company and its the Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement Effective Date and businesses reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofrelated thereto.

The Company will not, and nor will not it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business substantially different from the businesses of the type conducted by the Company and other than in accordance with its Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement and businesses reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofInvestment Policies.

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and will not permit any of its the Subsidiaries to, engage to at any material extent time in any business substantially different from the businesses of the type or business activity other than a business conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement Restatement Effective Date and businesses business activities reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofrelated thereto.

The Company will not, and will not permit or cause any of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business substantially different from other than the businesses of the type conducted engaged in by the Company and its Subsidiaries it on the date of execution of this Agreement hereof and businesses and activities reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofrelated thereto.

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and nor will not it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material substantial extent in any line or lines of business activity other than lines of business substantially different from the businesses of the type similar to that conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement and businesses reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofhereof.

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, engage to any material substantial extent in any business substantially different from other than the businesses of the type conducted by in which the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries are engaged on the date of execution of this Agreement as described in the Memorandum and businesses reasonably related, ancillary related thereto or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions in furtherance thereof. 11.

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and nor will not it permit any of its Subsidiaries toSubsidiaries, engage to make any material extent substantial change in any business substantially different from the businesses general nature of the type conducted by business in which the Company and its Subsidiaries on Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, are engaged as of the date of execution of this Agreement and businesses reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofAgreement.

The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business substantially different from the other than (i) businesses of the type conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement and any businesses reasonably relatedwhich are the same, similar, ancillary or complementary thereto reasonably related thereto, (ii) any other business directly related to the design, manufacture, distribution and/or sale of consumer, commercial or industrial products and/or services and reasonable extensions thereof(iii) any other business so long as all such other businesses comprise in the aggregate less than 5% of the Total Consolidated Assets at any time.

The Company will not, and nor will not it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business other than the lines of business substantially different from the businesses of the type similar to those conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries on the date hereof, provided that the Company and its Subsidiaries may, to the extent otherwise not prohibited by this Agreement, engage in ventures that are complimentary to the existing lines of execution of this Agreement business and businesses reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofits Subsidiaries.

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business substantially different from the other than businesses of the type conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement Third Restatement Effective Date and businesses reasonably related, related or incidental or ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofthereto.

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and nor will not it permit any ----------------- of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material substantial extent in any line or lines of business activity other than lines of business substantially different from the businesses of the type similar to that conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries on the date hereof, provided that -------- the Company and its Subsidiaries may, to the extent otherwise permitted under this Agreement, engage in ventures that are complimentary to the existing lines of execution business of this Agreement the Company and businesses reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofits Subsidiaries.

The Company will not, and nor will not it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material substantial extent in any line of business substantially different from other than the businesses of the type conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries business engaged in on the date of execution of this Agreement and businesses reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofhereof.

The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business substantially different from the other than businesses of the type conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement First Restatement Effective Date and businesses reasonably related, related or incidental or ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofthereto.

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage to any material substantial extent in any business not substantially different from the same as the businesses of the type conducted by in which the Company and its Subsidiaries are engaged on the date of execution of this Agreement and businesses reasonably related, ancillary or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofas described in the Memorandum.

Lines of Business. The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries Restricted Subsidiary to, engage to in any material extent in any line of business substantially different from the businesses those lines of the type business conducted by the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement and businesses reasonably related, ancillary hereof or complementary thereto and reasonable extensions thereofany business substantially related or incidental thereto.
