Limits on Your Use of the Services. You acknowledge that GoodCash or our Partner Xxxxx may impose limits on your use of the Services. We may not allow payment from all types of funding sources and we may otherwise limit payments, and/or payees at our discretion. You cannot use the Cards in any way beyond their intended purpose. You may not make any transaction with your Card or Account that would cause you to exceed your Daily Spend Limit or your Advance Limit, as those terms are described in the GoodCash Terms of Service. There are other limits on the amount, type, and frequency of transactions you can make using your Card and Account. We may not disclose these limits, or changes to these limits, to you for security purposes, unless required by law. For security and fraud protection, Issuer may impose limits on the dollar amount that you can authorize in a transaction, and over a period of time. In addition to these set limits, GoodCash and its Partner Xxxxx retain the right to impose additional limits at our discretion. Limits are subject to increase or decrease at our discretion based on manual or algorithmic review processes. Except as required by applicable law, other limits may apply, as may be described on or in GoodCash's website, App, and/or Terms of Service. If you make or attempt to make any transaction with your Card or Account that would cause you to exceed any of these limits, we may decline the transaction and suspend your Card and Account.

  • Your Use of the Services You agree to comply with U.S. or other applicable law regarding the transmission of any information obtained from the Services in accordance with this Agreement, not to use the Services for illegal purposes or in manner inconsistent with this Agreement, and not to interfere with or disrupt the networks connected to the Services. You agree to use the Services solely for your own noncommercial use and benefit, and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to, or use by or for the benefit of, anyone else. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You acquire no rights to the Services and/or materials we provide to you other than the limited right to utilize the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Use of the Services 1.1 We will make the Oracle services listed in Your order (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to this Agreement and Your order. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or Your order, You have the non- exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use the Services during the period defined in Your order, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement or Your order (the “Services Period”), solely for Your internal business operations. You may allow Your Users (as defined below) to use the Services for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with this Agreement and Your order.

  • Your Use of the Service 4.1 You will not use the Service in any way that would constitute or contribute to the commission of a crime, tort, fraud, or other unlawful activity (including activities deemed unlawful under a complainant’s legal jurisdiction) (“Laws”). You will indemnify, and keep us fully indemnified, against all costs, claims, demands, expenses, and liabilities arising out of, or in connection with, any claim that the Service (or its use) infringes any Laws.

  • Scope of the Services 3.1 The services that the Construction Manager shall provide include, but are not limited to those described in the following sections.

  • Restrictions on Use of the Service You agree to comply with Viasat’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Allowance Policy, Bandwidth Usage Policy, Unlimited Data Policy and Email End User License Agreement applicable to your service located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Viasat reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity. You do not own or have any rights (other than those expressly granted to you) to a particular IP address, even if you are utilizing a static IP address.
