Limits on Monetary Compensation. Every right to claim compensation or indemnification or reimbursement under this Agreement will be construed so that recovery is without duplication to any other amount recoverable under this Agreement.   • Holiday Compensation 1. Those employees working a five-day per week schedule with Saturdays and Sundays as normal days off shall receive cash payment for eight (8) hours per holiday subject to the conditions of this article.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant.
