Limits of Purposes of Meetings. Such Labor Management conferences are not intended to be negotiation sessions to effect changes in the Agreement, nor is either party obligated to act upon any issue raised at such sessions. However, should an agreement for action be reached at such conference, both parties agree to abide by such agreement to the best of their abilities.
