Common use of Limits of Authority Clause in Contracts

Limits of Authority. The Parties shall adopt a mechanism of limits of authority in connection with the decisions and actions relating to the sales/bidding process of both Parties. To this effect, each of the Parties hereby grants a mandate to the Steering Committee to establish, validate or authorize such mechanism, including the type of decisions and actions covered, applicable thresholds and the identity of the individuals with authority to approve such decisions or actions; provided however that such mechanism shall provide for a fair representation of representatives of both Nokia and the Company.
