The Offer Parties, and each of their respective agents, representatives, employees, officers, directors, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or illegible Eligible Purchase receipts or Submissions (all of which are void). A Submission may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) it is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received in accordance with these Terms during the Submission Period.

  • SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services.
