Limited Use of Electronic Mail. Except as expressly provided herein or as may be agreed by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion, electronic mail and internet and intranet websites may be used only to distribute routine communications, such as financial statements and other information, and to distribute Senior Finance Documents for execution by the parties thereto, to distribute executed Senior Finance Documents in Adobe PDF format and may not be used for any other purpose.
