Limited Use License. By accepting this Agreement (via the appropriate affirmation button on your platform), and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may install the applicable software comprising of the Software Product (the "Game Software") onto your computer or applicable hardware device, solely for purposes of playing the Software Product by registering for and accessing an account with the Service at the Site (the "Account"). Subject to your agreement to and full ongoing compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Hi-Rez hereby grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to (a) install one copy of the Game Software on one or more computers and/or applicable hardware devices owned by you or under your legitimate control, and (b) use the Game Software in conjunction with the Service solely for your lawful and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may install the Game Software on multiple computers and/or applicable hardware devices owned by you or under your legitimate control, but you may only play the Software Product on one computer or one applicable hardware device at any single point in time. All use of the Game Software is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Terms of Use, both of which you must accept before you can use your Account to play the Software Product. You agree that Hi-Rez is not transferring title to the Software Product to you and that this license shall not be considered a “sale” of the Software Product.
Limited Use License. Subject to your strict compliance with the terms of this XXXX, BNEA grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited right and license to access and use one copy of the Game solely for Your personal use, on Your Hardware (the “License”). Any commercial use of the Game by You is strictly prohibited. To access and use the Game, You must have legally obtained the Game from BNEA and all Hardware and/or third-party products and Third Party Services required to operate the Game and/or access any Online Feature of the Game that BNEA does not provide. You are responsible for paying all fees, taxes, and other costs You may incur to access and use the Game, including, but not limited to, costs for purchasing or maintaining Your Hardware, Your Internet service, and any other third party products or Third Party Services required to access any Online Feature of the Game. Neither this XXXX, nor Your access to or use of the Game, entitles You to such Hardware, Your Internet service, such products or service, or any future releases of the Game or any expansions, sequels, or similar or ancillary products. You hereby expressly acknowledge that you do not have and will not acquire any interest, monetary or otherwise, in any feature or content contained in or relating to the Game.
Limited Use License. Subject to any system requirements, Activision grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one copy of the software component(s) of the Program solely for your personal use. All rights not specifically granted are reserved by Activision. The Program is licensed, not sold, for your use. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Program, and should not be construed as a sale of any rights in the Program. This Agreement shall also apply to patches or updates you may obtain for the Program, unless that patch or update is accompanied by additional terms. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, OTHER THAN LICENSE GRANTED TO YOU BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR PROPERTY INTEREST IN ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED CONTENT (AS DEFINED BELOW), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ONLINE ACCOUNTS, ANY VIRTUAL CURRENCY OR GOODS, AND YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO SUCH PRODUCTS AND SERVICE PROVIDED CONTENT ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF ACTIVISION. FOR RESIDENTS OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA: For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in Section 2 shall limit your right to sell and transfer the physical disc containing the Program which you have rightfully purchased.
Limited Use License. Pearl Abyss will provide you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to use the Game Software under the condition that you will abide by the terms of this Agreement as follows. All Game Software uses conform to this Agreement as well as our Terms of Service, and you must agree to the Terms of Service prior to playing the game. Pearl Abyss will provide you a non- exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to: • install the Game Software on the local hard disk(s) or other permanent storage media of the game play device solely owned by you or under your legitimate control (such game play device sometimes referred to herein as a “Unit”); and • use the Game Software for your non-commercial entertainment purposes only. All rights not specifically granted under this License are hereby reserved by Pearl Abyss and, as applicable, by its licensors. Unless provided otherwise in the License, you shall not display, modify, reproduce or distribute any game content (“Game Content”), or portion(s) thereof, included with or relating to the Game Software, if any. Any such authorized display, modification, reproduction and distribution shall be in full accord with this Agreement and Documentation. Under no circumstances will your use, display, modification, reproduction and distribution of the Game Content or Game Software give you any intellectual property or proprietary rights in the Game Content or Game Software or in any logos and / or trade or service marks of Pearl Abyss. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game Software belong solely to Pearl Abyss and its licensors.
Limited Use License. In consideration of your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, CAD BEST Ltd. hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to download /or purchase on a CD/ a File or Files as appropriate to the fee paid, to use these File(s) internally on a single computer, use the file(s) and distribute the results. All rights not expressly granted herein are retained by CAD BEST Ltd. And its licensors, as the case may be.

If you successfully establish an Account with Hi-Rez and lawfully purchase a license to use, and activate, the Software Product, Hi-Rez grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, nontransferable license to use the Service solely for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes, and a non-exclusive, revocable, nontransferable license to use the Software Product in connection with the Service solely for your own non- commercial entertainment purposes, so long as you maintain an authorized and fully-paid Account and subject to your full compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may not use the Service or Software Product for any other purpose, or in connection with any other software or content.
Limited Use License a) In consideration of annual software rental fees and other charges, if any, and the applicable custom software fees, if any, as provided in Appendix A, STW hereby grants Customer and Customer hereby accepts from STW a limited, non-transferrable and non-exclusive right to use the Licensed Software only on the Designated System and only for its internal processing needs, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein for a term as provided by Section 18 herein.
Limited Use License. Blizzard Entertainment ("Blizzard") hereby grant s, and by installing the Program you thereby accept, a limited, non-exclusive li cense and right to install and use one (1) copy of the Program for your use on a home, business, or portable computer. The Program also contains a 'World Editor ' (the "Editor") that allows you to create custom levels or other materials for your personal use in connection with the Program ("New Materials"). All use of t he Editor or any New Materials is subject to this License Agreement. In addition , the Program has a multiplayer capability that allows users to utilize the Prog ram over the Internet exclusively via Blizzard Entertainment's online game netwo rk Xxxxxx.xxx or other hosting service authorized by Blizzard Entertainment. Use of the Program over Xxxxxx.xxx or other hosting service authorized by Blizzard Entertainment is subject to your acceptance of Xxxxxx.xxx's Terms of Use Agreeme nt. Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right to update, modify or change the Ba xxxx.xxx Terms of Use Agreement at any time.
Limited Use License. Paradox Interactive AB hereby grants, and by installing the Program you thereby accept, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license and right to install and use the Program for your own personal, non-commercial use on either a home or portable computer. Your acquired rights are subject to your compliance with this Agreement. Any commercial use is prohibited. You are expressly prohibited from sub-licensing, renting, leasing or otherwise distributing the Software or rights to use the Software. In addition, the Program has a multi-player capability that allows users to utilize the Program over the Internet. Use of the Program over the Internet is subject to your acceptance of a Terms of Use Agreement. Paradox Interactive AB reserves the right to update, modify or change the Terms of Use Agreement at any time.
