Limited Service. In cases in which an employee under Section 603(a) is required to perform the usual and customary janitorial duties referred to in Section 401(a),(b),(c),(d),(e),(f),(g) and (h), but only in respect to the common areas of the premises and to perform no services whatsoever inside of any of the apartment units (except in emergencies when necessary to protect common areas and property), the wages otherwise due to an employee hired prior to December 1, 1978 may be adjusted down by not more than an additional seven and one-half percent (7- 1/2%) or a total of fifteen percent (15%). Such services performed by an employee hired on or after December 1, 1978, shall be subject to an additional downward adjustment of ten percent (10%) or a total of twenty percent (20%).

Limited Service. Section 15.01. When (a) an employee with ten (10) or more years of continuous service is unable to perform the regular work of his/her classification because of a disability resulting from a non-occupational illness or injury, or when (b) an employee, with 5 or more years of continuous service, is unable to perform the regular work of his/her classification because of a disability resulting from an accident on the job, the Company may invoke the provisions of this Article by giving written notice to the employee, copy to the Union. Such notice shall state that the employee may bid into any available job he/she can do within the limits of his/her disability and shall have his/her pay protected to the extent set forth in the applicable provision of this Article. It shall also state that the Company will endeavor to place him/her in any available job classification where, in the Company's opinion, the employee can be productive taking into account his/her previous experience, education and the limits of his/her disability. In fulfilling its obligation under this Article, the Company may place employees without regard to the posting, seniority or other selection requirements of Article 8; however, such placement shall be discussed in advance with the Union.

At its election, the Company can permanently place an employee prior to the expiration of this 12-month period and the employee's salary shall be grandfathered for the balance of that 12-month period. In the event the employee bids into another position prior to the expiration of the original 12-month period, that employee's pay shall be grandfathered for the balance of that 12-month period governed by the provisions of Sections 15.02 & 15.03. Limited Service. All UniFi PRO Mortgage “limited service” licenses purchased by the Client during the term of this agreement will be invoiced at * . Provided that Resource Bank, an affiliate of the Client, has converted its total loan origination solution to UniFi PRO Mortgage, then all UniFi PRO Mortgage “limited service” licenses purchased by the Client to complete the conversion or subsequent to the conversion will be invoiced at * . For the purposes of this paragraph, “limited service” is defined as a UniFi PRO Mortgage License that is utilized by a client branch office for taking less then 6 applications per month.
Limited Service. Seller and Broker agree that Broker will be acting as an independent contractor and will be representing Seller in the capacity of a limited service representative as defined in Section 54.1-2130 of the Code of Virginia, and will not be acting as a standard agent as defined in Section 54.1-2131. By entering into this Contract, Seller acknowledges its informed consent to the limited service representation by Broker and further acknowledges that neither the other party to the transaction nor any real estate licensee representing the other party is under any legal obligation to assist Seller with the performance of any duties and responsibilities of Seller not performed by Broker.

Limited Service. On occasion, due to mechanical failures, illnesses of bus drivers, etc., the buses may not run. Please have a backup plan or carpool group formed to provide alternative transportation. Volunteer parents will notify other parents by email of any problems that may arise as soon as they are able.

  • Mail Service Interruption If by reason of any interruption of mail service, actual or threatened, any notice to be given to the Trustee would reasonably be unlikely to reach its destination by the time notice by mail is deemed to have been given pursuant to Section 13.3, such notice shall be valid and effective only if delivered at the appropriate address in accordance with Section 13.3.

  • Covered Services Services to be performed by Contractor under this Agreement may involve the performance of trade work covered by the provisions of Section 6.22(e) [Prevailing Wages] of the Administrative Code or Section 21C [Miscellaneous Prevailing Wage Requirements] (collectively, “Covered Services”). The provisions of Section 6.22(e) and 21C of the Administrative Code are incorporated as provisions of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein and will apply to any Covered Services performed by Contractor and its subcontractors.

  • Service Interruption Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee may interrupt Service for the purpose of repairing or testing the Cable Television System only during periods of minimum use and, when practical, only after a minimum of forty- eight (48) hours notice to all affected Subscribers.
