Limited Scope. The following are excluded from binding arbitration under this Agreement: claims for workers’ compensation benefits or unemployment benefits; replevin; and claims for which a binding arbitration agreement is invalid as a matter of law.
Limited Scope. The Specialist acknowledges that the Dental Services are limited to those Dental Services usually and reasonably performed by a dentist pursuant to the specific Dental Services requested by the Practice. Such Dental Services are not to include any treatment outside the scope of that which is requested in the applicable Case Statement.

This Agreement is limited to the terms and conditions set forth herein and does not otherwise address Executive’s compensation or benefits, the duties and responsibilities of his position, or any of the Company’s other rights as employer.
