Common use of Limited Right to Use Clause in Contracts

Limited Right to Use. Subject to the provisions of Section 4.2, nothing set forth in this Agreement shall be construed to grant to any Party any title, right or interest in or to any Intellectual Property owned or controlled by any other Party or any of its Affiliates. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in any other Ancillary Agreement (or any other agreement between the Parties), use by Producer of any Purchaser Intellectual Property shall be limited exclusively to its performance of this Agreement.
