Limited Recourse. Each party agrees that any claim that it may seek to enforce against the Depositor or the Issuer under this Agreement is limited to the Sold Property only and is not a claim against the Depositor’s or the Issuer’s assets as a whole or against assets other than the Sold Property. This Section 9.7 will survive the termination of this Agreement.
