Limited Power Output Warranty. The output power of the Limited Warranty which is based on the report of output power of flash test (Photovoltaic Simulator Test) from BYD shall be in accordance with the followings: (1) Within a period of one (1) year from the Warranty Start Date, the average output of the modules will be at least 97.5% of the rated power output specified in the original product label.
Limited Power Output Warranty. 30 years Subject to the conditions and exclusions contained below, Silfab Solar warranties that within the first year from the Warranty Start Date, every Product will have a power output that is: (a) in the case of mono- crystalline modules, 97.1% of the nameplate maximum power output specified for the Product (“Pmax”); and
Limited Power Output Warranty. PANASONIC warrants the power output will be no less than 97% of the designated Maximum Power (Pmax) stated in the product data sheet for the first year from date of purchase of the Product by the Customer and the power output degradation will be no more than 0.26% per year for the following 24 years, so that, at the end of 25th year, the power output will be at least 90.76% of Pmax. The power output values under this Limited Power Output Warranty shall be those measured under PANASONIC’S Standard Test Conditions (STC) as follows: (a) Irradiance 1000 W/m2, (b) Cell Temperature of 25ºC, and (c) Air Mass of 1.5g. Upon receipt of a Power Output warranty claim, PANASONIC or its designated representative shall conduct measurements under STC to determine the actual power output of the Product. PANASONIC’s measurement shall be the sole determination for purposes of warranty settlement. If PANASONIC measures power output levels under the warranted output levels set out above, taking into account a ±3% measurement tolerance range, and such power loss is the result of a product defect, as determined by PANASONIC in its sole and absolute discretion, PANASONIC will supplement the power output deficiency using one of the following Limited Warranty Remedies as set forth under Section 4 below.
Limited Power Output Warranty. Panasonic USA warrants the power output will be no less than 98% of the designated Maximum Power (Pmax) stated in the Product data sheet for the first year from date of purchase of the Product by the Owner and the power output degradation will be no more than 0.25% per year for the following 24 years, so that, at the end of the 25th year, the power output will be at least 92% of Pmax. The power output values under this Limited Power Output Warranty shall be those measured under Panasonic USA’s Standard Test Conditions (STC) as follows: (a) Irradiance 1000 W/m2, (b) Cell Temperature of 25ºC, and (c) air mass AM1.5g. Upon receipt of a in-warranty Limited Power Output Warranty claim, Panasonic USA or its designated representative may conduct additional measurements, including measurements under STC, to determine the actual power output of the Product. Should Panasonic USA decide to conduct such additional measurements, the results of Panasonic USA’s measurement shall be the sole determination for purposes of warranty settlement. If Panasonic USA’s measurements confirm the claim that power output levels of the Product are below the warranted output levels set out above, taking into account a ±3% measurement tolerance range, and such power loss is the result of a Product manufacturing defect, as determined by Panasonic USA in its sole and absolute discretion, Panasonic USA will provide one of the Limited Warranty Remedies as set forth under Section 4 below at no additional cost to Owner.
Limited Power Output Warranty. In addition, for the Products listed under Sec.1 a),b) Xxxxx Solar warrants that for a period of twenty- five years commencing on the Warranty Start Date; and for the Products listed under Sec. 1 c), d) and the front side (without J-Box) of Products listed under Sec.1 e), f) Xxxxx Solar warrants that for a period of thirty years commencing on the Warranty Start Date, the loss of power output relating to the initial guaranteed power which is defined as Peak Power Xxxxx Pmax(Wp) plus Peak Power Xxxxx Pmax(Wp) multiplied by the lower limit of the Power Output Tolerance Pmax(%)–as specified in the relevant Product Data Sheet and measured at Standard Test Conditions (STC: irradiation 1000w/m²,temperature 25°,AM 1.5) for the Product(s) shall not exceed and measurement shall either be carried out by Xxxxx Solar or by a third-party testing institute recognized by Xxxxx Solar and the customer. (Remark: According to STC, Measurement system uncertainty should be included in all actual power output measurements.)
