Limited Permission. Customer grants Provider only the limited rights that are reasonably necessary for Provider to offer the Services (e.g., hosting Stored Data). This permission also extends to trusted third parties Provider works with to offer the Services (e.g., payment provider used to process payment of fees).

This permission also extends to trusted third parties Think Power works with to offer the Services (e.g., PDF reader provider used to read PDF documents hosted by Think Power).

Limited Permission. Cygnet Cloud may need the Customer’s permission to do things that the Customer or End User ask Cygnet Cloud to do with Cygnet Cloud for Business accounts. For example, hosting files, or sharing them at the Customer or End User’s direction. This includes product features visible to the Customer or End User, for example, image thumbnails or document previews. It also includes design choices made to technically administer the Services, for example, how the Service redundantly backs up data to keep it safe. Customers grant Cygnet Cloud the permissions Cygnet Cloud needs to do those things solely to provide the Services and for Cygnet Cloud to meet its obligations and exercise its rights under this Agreement. This permission also extends to third parties Cygnet Cloud works with to provide the Services (again, only to provide the Services).
Limited Permission. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Interface hereby grants you a non- exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited right to access, use and display this Site and the materials thereon. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Site in any way. Interface authorizes you to view, share and/or download the information at this Site (“Materials”) only for (1) your personal, non-commercial use or (2) use in conducting business directly with Interface or one of its affiliated companies. Interface and/or third parties with whom Interface has entered into contractual arrangements retain all rights, interest and title in the Materials and copies of the Materials, and any use thereof is subject to the following restrictions:

Limited Permission. Customer grants Nvestiv only the limited rights that are reasonably necessary for Nvestiv to deliver the Services in accordance with these Terms. This limited permission also extends to Subcontractors or Sub-processors.
