Customers grant Cygnet Cloud the permissions Cygnet Cloud needs to do those things solely to provide the Services and for Cygnet Cloud to meet its obligations and exercise its rights under this Agreement. This permission also extends to third parties Cygnet Cloud works with to provide the Services (again, only to provide the Services).
Limited Permission. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Interface hereby grants you a non- exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited right to access, use and display this Site and the materials thereon.
