Common use of Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Limited Partners. The names and addresses of the Limited Partners are set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof. A Person shall be deemed admitted as a Limited Partner at the time such Person (i) executes this Agreement or a counterpart of this Agreement and (ii) is named as a Limited Partner on Schedule A attached hereto. Any reference in this Agreement to Schedule A shall be deemed to be a reference to Schedule A as amended and in effect from time to time.

Limited Partners. (a) The names name, address and addresses Capital Commitments of the Limited Partners are set forth on in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereofhereto, as amended from time to time. A Person shall be deemed admitted as a Limited Partner of the Partnership at the time such Person (i) executes this Agreement or has executed a counterpart of signature page to this Agreement and (ii) is named listed as a Limited Partner limited partner of the Partnership on Schedule A attached hereto. Any reference The Interests issued to the Limited Partners represent valid limited partner interests in this Agreement to Schedule A shall be deemed to be a reference to Schedule A as amended and in effect from time to timethe Partnership.
