Limited Liability of Member. Without limiting the generality of Section 4.02, the Member shall not be obligated to make any capital contribution to the Company, or otherwise to provide funds to the Company.

Limited Liability of Member. Unless stated in any Basic Document, all debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, will be solely the debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company, and the Member will not be obligated personally for any debts, obligations or liabilities of the Company solely by reason of being a member of the Company.
