Limited International Bidding. Goods which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Limited International Bidding.
Limited International Bidding. Goods estimated to cost less than $300,000 equivalent per contract which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Limited International Bidding.
Limited International Bidding. ARV’s and other related products which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Limited International Bidding.
Limited International Bidding. (a) Pesticides and other related products, which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Limited International Bidding in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2 of the Procurement Guidelines; and (b) contracts for the purchase of pesticides shall include provisions, acceptable to the Association, that: (i) the supplier shall be required to take back the pesticides empty containers, and (ii) delivery of pesticides shall be phased to avoid the accumulation of obsolete pesticide stocks.
Limited International Bidding. Goods estimated to cost more than $200,000 equivalent per contract, and goods which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers, regardless of the cost thereof, may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.2 of the Guidelines. Bidding documents may provide that bidders may send their bids by facsimile, in which case, bid security shall not be required. Furthermore, the entity responsible for the procurement of the above-mentioned goods shall be required to put in place arrangements satisfactory to the Association to ensure confidentiality of the bids received by facsimile.
Limited International Bidding. Goods which the Bank agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers and estimated to cost less than EUR 200,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Limited International Bidding.
Limited International Bidding. Goods under Parts B.2 (a) and B.2 (b) of the Project which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers, regardless of the cost thereof, may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.2 of the Guidelines.
Limited International Bidding. Drugs estimated to cost less than $200,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $350,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.2 of the Guidelines.
Limited International Bidding. Pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and other goods, which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Limited International Bidding in accordance with the Procurement Guidelines.
