Limited Distribution. Distribution and use of the Software is by license only. MS does not authorize any portion of the Software to be “issued to the public,” “put into circulation,” or subject to a “first sale” as the copyright laws may use those (or similar) terms.

Spe- cifically, you may not make more copies than are licensed even if the use is only temporary. If you are a company that hires a design studio to create a project for you, you are not permitted to share the Font Software – in embedded form or otherwise - with the design studio except in a static image/format, as described above, unless the de- sign studio has separately licensed the Font Software from Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx.
Limited Distribution. You are hereby granted a nonexclusive license to make copies of ORBIC data provided to you by us in digital or hard copy form for use or distribution only within your department, agency, business or corporation. Subcontractors may have access to these data during the course of any given project but should not be given a copy for their use on subsequent unrelated work. Beyond these limits, ORBIC data may not be further distributed or sold in any format. Should individuals approach you outside your organization for the type of data that we provide, please refer them to the ORBIC.
Limited Distribution. The Traditional Chinese language version of any Windows Mobile Product may not be distributed by or for Company within or to the People’s Republic of China. Company will defend, indemnify and hold MS Parties harmless against any third party claims, demands, liability or damages resulting from Company’s failure to notify any OEM Customer of these limits.

A party receiving Proprietary Information (hereinafter, “Receiving Party”) will limit access to Proprietary Information it receives to its employees who (a) have a need to know the Proprietary Information for the purposes set forth in this Agreement, and (b) have executed a written confidentiality agreement with provisions at least as strict as those contained herein regarding the use and disclosure of Proprietary Information. A Receiving Party will copy Proprietary Information only as reasonably necessary for it to complete the purposes of this Agreement. In the event that a Receiving Party intends to disclose the Proprietary Information to a third party, the Proprietary Information shall be disclosed (i) only after obtaining written authorization from the party who disclosed the Proprietary Information (hereinafter, “Disclosing Party”), and (ii) only if said third party has executed a written confidentiality agreement with provisions at least as restrictive as those contained herein regarding the use and disclosure of Proprietary Information.

Copying and distribution to web developers or service bureaus is limited to those who clearly state that they are duly licensed to use the Font Software. You are further permitted to deliver a temporary copy the Font Software to a web developer or service bureau solely for the purposes of viewing of the web development of the licensed Primary Domain provided that the service bureau and/or web developer agrees to destroy the temporary copy of the Font Software after the use for Your benefit.
Limited Distribution. You agree to be responsible for compliance with all laws, foreign and domestic relating to the control of exports or the transfer of technology. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to U.S. government embargo or other economic sanctions (“Restricted Countries”), and that you are not listed on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals, the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Denial Orders or any other denied parties, as such lists may be updated from time to time (“Denied Parties”). You further represent and warrant that you will not export or re-export, sell, re-sell, license, distribute, make available, transfer or cause or facilitate the transfer of any of the Font Software, including any component or part directly or indirectly, to Restricted Countries or Denied Parties.
