Limited Authorization. This license does not authorize NASCAR to use PROMOTER’s Marks in its corporate business or firm name and title nor to use or permit the use of PROMOTER’s Marks other than in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Limited Authorization. Any provision hereof to the contrary notwithstanding, except for expenditures made and obligations incurred which were (i) previously approved by the Management Committee, (ii) included in an Approved Budget, or (iii) otherwise not required to be approved by the Management Committee in accordance herewith, the Manager shall have no authority to make any expenditure or incur any obligation or liability on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary. The Manager shall not expend more than the amount which the Manager in good faith believes to be the fair and reasonable market value at the time and place of contracting for any goods purchased or services engaged on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary. The Manager shall not enter into any agreement or other arrangement for the furnishing to or by the Company or any Subsidiary of goods or services with itself or any Person that is an Affiliate of the Manager unless such agreement or arrangement has been approved by the Management Committee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Manager is hereby authorized to make expenditures for emergencies (not to exceed $100,000 per Property per Fiscal Year) to the extent necessary to protect a Property or the occupants thereof from damage or harm; provided that, the Manager notifies the Management Committee in writing of any such expenditure promptly after the incurrence thereof.
Limited Authorization. You will be authorized to refuse to accept for payment either Non-PIN Debit Cards or Credit Cards that are issued within the United States. You will, however, continue to be obligated to accept all foreign issued Credit or Debit Cards issued by MasterCard, Visa or Discover Network so long as You accept any type of MasterCard, Visa or Discover Network branded Card.

This Agreement does not authorize the placement of DAS/Small Cell Networks or any other equipment on sites, locations, structures or facilities other than those specifically identified herein. Placement of the DAS/Small Cell Networks shall comply with the terms of the Township's conditions of access in effect as of the date of execution hereof and as are applied equally to all Persons using the Public Rights-of-Way under grant by the Township. The Agreement does not relieve LICENSEE of its burden of seeking any necessary permission from other Agencies which may have jurisdiction regarding LICENSEE's proposed use. LICENSEE further acknowledges that it cannot use any historically or architecturally significant poles located on the public rights-of-way or other street furniture, except as may be otherwise expressly authorized in a specific permit issued by the Township.
Limited Authorization. Broker is hereby authorized by the Underwriter to continue to act as the selling agent only for the limited purpose of servicing the Variable Contracts and their owners, and to receive compensation owed by the Company pursuant to the PUA. Broker is not authorized and shall not, after May 1, 2001, sell any new Variable Contracts relating to the Variable Accounts, except to the extent additional investments in Variable Contracts sold by Broker prior to May 1, 2001 are considered to constitute new sales.

The authorization granted in this Agreement will not be effective with respect to any BGA until the BGA's Brokerage General Agent Agreement has been amended to include Variable Company Products, and your authority to distribute Variable Company Products jointly with any BGA will terminate at any time that (1) the BGA's Brokerage General Agent Agreement is terminated, (2) the BGA is no longer authorized to distribute Variable Company Products thereunder or (3) the Distributor gives notice that the BGA is in default under its Brokerage General Agent Agreement (unless the Distributor has subsequently given written notice to you that the default has been cured).
