Common use of Limited Access Clause in Contracts

Limited Access. The Reviewer shall inform each of its Representatives that receives any of the Confidential Information of the requirements of this Agreement and shall require each such Representative to comply with such requirements.

Limited Access. The Reviewer shall inform each of its Representatives that who receives any of the Confidential Information Offering Package of the requirements of this Agreement and shall require each such Representative to comply with such requirements.

Limited Access. The Reviewer shall inform each of its Representatives that receives any of the Confidential Information and/or the Related Information of the requirements of this Agreement and shall require each such Representative to comply with such requirements.

The Reviewer shall inform each of its Representatives that receives receiving any of the Confidential Information Evaluation Materials of the requirements of this Agreement and shall require each such Representative to comply with such requirements, including all requirements and obligations of the Reviewer and shall be responsible for the failure of any such Representative to comply with such obligations and requirements.

Limited Access. The Reviewer shall inform each of its Representatives that receives any of the Confidential Information and/or the Related Information of the requirements of this Agreement and shall require legally ensure each such Representative to comply with such requirements.

Limited Access. The Reviewer Reviewers shall inform each of its the Reviewer Representatives that receives any of the Confidential Information of the requirements of this Agreement and shall require each such Representative Reviewer Representatives to comply with such requirements.
